What you share

We save the contact details, trip preferences and messages you submit so our team can respond and arrange the next steps. Please do not send passport numbers, payment card details or sensitive medical information through these forms.

How it is used

Authorised staff can access your enquiry. Approved partners can see requests submitted through their own account. We may share relevant trip information with a supplier when arranging a service with you; arrangements will be discussed before booking confirmation.

Website services

This site uses Cloudflare hosting and a Cloudflare database to store requests. Partners and staff sign in with Google. Essential sign-in cookies keep your session secure. Enquiry details are also sent to our company Gmail and Google Sheets through Google Workspace. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your language preference is stored on your device. A daily changing IP hash is saved for spam prevention.

Your choices

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, subject to records needed for existing arrangements. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
